• "Kinly" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to Kinly, located at 302 Si Chan Road, Nai Mueang, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand, and any personnel acting on our behalf.
• "Service" / "Services" — refers to the household administration support, family logistics workshops, co-parenting organisational tools, and any other non-regulated educational or operational offerings made available by Kinly.
• "User" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any individual who accesses our website, engages with our content, or uses our Services.
• "Content" — refers to all information, text, materials, templates, checklists, workshop guides, and tools provided through our Services.
• "Agreement" — refers to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
• "Website" — refers to the pages available at https://kinly.blog.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or making use of our Services, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full
• Are at least 18 years of age, or are using these Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian who has agreed on your behalf
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
• Are not prohibited by applicable law from accessing or using our Services

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or Services.

Service Description

Kinly provides the following non-regulated administrative and educational services:

• Household Administration Service (฿3,500)

  Practical assistance with setting up shared digital folders, contact lists, and routine reminder systems to help households run more smoothly.

• Blended-Family Logistics Workshop (฿9,100)

  A structured group or individual session addressing daily routines, shared calendars, and communication frameworks across combined households.

• Co-Parenting Logistics Toolkit (฿12,250)

  A set of planning templates, handover checklists, and scheduling tools to help two households coordinate everyday arrangements.

All Services are offered as general information, operational support, and non-regulated educational content only. Kinly does not provide legal, financial, psychological, or other regulated professional advice.

Services are available to individuals located in Thailand. We reserve the right to decline a request at our discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when making enquiries or booking services
• Use our Services and any materials provided for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Treat our team and any other participants in workshops with courtesy and respect
• Not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute our templates, tools, or workshop content without our prior written permission
• Keep any access credentials or login information confidential

You agree not to use our Services or website to:

• Engage in any activity that is unlawful under Thai law or the laws of your jurisdiction
• Harass, intimidate, or harm other individuals
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or content
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from our website in an automated manner

Intellectual Property

All content on the Kinly website and within our Services — including text, templates, checklists, workshop materials, design elements, and tools — is the property of Kinly or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials provided to you through our Services for your own personal, non-commercial household use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any materials
• Publish or distribute our content to third parties
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Create derivative works based on our materials without written permission

If you submit any feedback, suggestions, or ideas to Kinly, you grant us the right to use these without restriction or obligation to you.

Payment Terms

Fees for Kinly's Services are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Current pricing is as listed on our website. We reserve the right to update pricing, and any changes will be communicated clearly before taking effect.

• Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. We do not retain payment card details.
• Refunds: Requests for refunds must be made before a service has commenced. Once a session or toolkit delivery is underway, we are unable to offer a refund unless the service was not delivered as agreed. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

Service-Specific Terms

Household Administration Service

This service involves our team working with you to establish practical organisational systems. We will act on information you provide, and you are responsible for the accuracy of details shared. Outcomes depend on your ongoing engagement with the systems we help you put in place.

Blended-Family Logistics Workshop

Workshop sessions are educational and informational in nature. They focus on practical coordination tools and are not a substitute for family counselling, legal advice, or any regulated professional service. Session availability is subject to scheduling and participant numbers. Kinly may reschedule a session with reasonable notice if circumstances require.

Co-Parenting Logistics Toolkit

The toolkit provides templates and planning tools for logistical coordination. It does not constitute legal advice on parenting arrangements, custody, or family law matters. Users should seek qualified legal or professional advice for matters outside the scope of day-to-day logistics.

Disclaimers

Our Services are provided in good faith as general information and operational support. Please be aware of the following:

• Kinly does not represent that any particular outcome will result from using our Services
• The information and tools we provide do not constitute professional advice of any regulated kind, including legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice
• The suitability of any tool or approach for your specific situation is your own assessment to make
• The website is provided "as is" and Kinly does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• Third-party links or references on our website are provided for convenience; we do not endorse or take responsibility for their content

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Kinly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or interruption of household routines.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai consumer protection legislation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kinly and its team from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, your breach of these terms, or any third-party claim resulting from content or information you have provided to us.

Termination

Either party may end the Service relationship at any time. You may do so by ceasing to use our Services and notifying us in writing. Kinly may suspend or end your access to Services if we have reason to believe these terms have been breached, or if circumstances make continued service impractical.

Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Khon Kaen Province, Thailand.

We encourage resolution through informal discussion first. If you have a concern, please contact us directly so we can work toward a mutually agreeable outcome. We aim to respond to all concerns within 5 working days.

If informal resolution is not possible, both parties may seek mediation before proceeding to formal legal proceedings.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Kinly.
• Severability: If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement to any third party without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights at our discretion.
• Notices: Formal notices should be sent in writing to our address or via email to [email protected].

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
